A Foreign Business Team plans to start the marketing and sales Aluminum Form to Vietnam. The size of Al-Form Factory will be 9,900m2 and the land will be 55,000m2.

Duties:
1/ Work directly with formwork buyers for the sales and rental of Company forms and be the Account Manager to ensure all customer needs are met and satisfied
2/ Prospects in a designated sales territory to identify and prioritize potential customer and project opportunity for company formwork system. Manages a sales funnel of these opportunities using company TMOS software. Work with District Manager to ensure that adequate selling resources are applied to every customer opportunity
3/ Estimate projects using company pricing guidelines. Develops compelling presentation using toolkit software. Meet with customer and present solution. Answer objection and validate company Lowest in Place Cost solution to customer’s forming needs
4/ Closes order with customer and contract using company standard contract document. Prepare documentation for order entry
5/ Communicate and coordinate with the District and corporate team to ensure that the customer’s formwork needs are completely satisfied and customer relationship properly managed. Work with the customer and district support team to ensure that we get paid in full. Achieves percentages of account receivable less that 60 days objects
6/ Keep informed of new products, services and general industry information of interested to customer. Be aware of company competitor activity and develop specific strategies to win new customer and sell deeper into existing customers
7/ Perform other job-related duties and special project as required including attending training and education seminars in local and corporate offices, travelling to trade show, etc.

Education and Specialization: Minimum of an accredited 4-year college degree in related majors.
Language: Fluency in both verbal and written (English and Vietnamese)
Computer: Excellent skill for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Auto CAD.
Working experience:
- At least 5 year experience for marketing and sales in a local and Global Al-form company.
Professional skills or certificate:
– Certificates or license relevant to the works
– Have knowledge of relevant law regulations
Personal capabilities:
– Sincerity, honesty, Hard-working, Meticulous, good health.
– Professional and proactive attitude, good managing skill.
