TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER IN PIPING SYSTEM FOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
*Main objectives:
– Support sales activities in Vietnam with main focus in Building Technology by promoting GF’s solutions and services into the market with the goal to establish GF’s market position as preferred piping systems solution supplier.
– Achieve sales and margin targets in Vietnam.
*Main tasks:
– Identify & forecast sales potential for BT market with main focus in Building Technology and be accountable for sales target. Monitor and evaluate the development / behavior of key players (GF customers inclusive of end customers, consultants, designers, competitors) in Vietnam and translate into marketing strategies and tangible sales.
– Proactively maintain good network with all customers by understanding their needs and proposed targeted GF solutions to expand overall sales potential.
– Maintain sales activity in CRM by updating customer data, planning of visits, generating of sales visits report, and updating of projects status timely.
– Develop new sales channels and business opportunities in assigned segment.
– Work closely with operations team to address customer service issues and involve in stocks forecast.

* Job Requirement, Skills, and Qualifications:
– At least 2 years of sales and/or technical experience with excellent knowledge in Building Technology industry (Education in Mechanical Engineering etc)
– Good network with key player in Building Technology
– Strong communication skills (internally and externally) with team player approach.
– Proficient in project management with service focus
