Position Description:

We are looking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment & Training Coordinator/Lead to drive our talent acquisition and employee development efforts. This role plays a key part in attracting, onboarding, and retaining top talent, while building effective training strategies to support individual growth and organizational success.

The position will report to Senior Human Resources Manager in Vietnam.

Vị trí này sẽ báo cáo với Trưởng phòng Nhân sự tại Việt Nam.

1. Optimize talent acquisition

− Regularly review and enhance recruitment processes to attract the right talent quickly and cost-effectively.
− Track and analyze key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, source performance, and offer acceptance rate to identify areas for improvement.
− Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and high-turnover positions, particularly in production and technical functions.

− Apply structured and consistent screening, interviewing, and selection practices to ensure fair and high-quality hiring decisions.
− Collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, define interview criteria, and align on onboarding expectations.
− Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to support data-driven planning and continuous improvement of hiring strategies.

2. Collaborate with Department leaders

− Work closely with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop strategic hiring plans aligned with business goals.
− Develop and maintain clear, up-to-date job descriptions that accurately reflect each role and support organizational objectives.
− Source qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job platforms, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
− Analyze workforce data to identify talent gaps and recommend effective hiring solutions to address them.

3. Lead Onboarding activities

− Design and implement a structured onboarding process to ensure smooth transition and cultural alignment for new hires.
− Deliver onboarding orientations covering company culture, core policies, values, organizational structure, and key contacts.
− Conduct regular follow-ups with new employees to evaluate onboarding effectiveness and collect feedback for improvement.
− Use feedback and results to improve the onboarding process over time.

4. Drive Training & Development

− Work with managers to find out what skills employees need and build a yearly training plan.
− Organize both internal and external training sessions to help staff improve job skills and prepare for future roles.
− Make sure all mandatory training (like safety, code of conduct, or compliance topics) are completed on time by all employees.
− Use digital tools (like SAP SuccessFactors) to track and record all training, ensuring the company meets legal, customer, and audit requirements.
− Keep training records updated and easy to access when needed for inspections or internal reviews.
− Share training plans and updates regularly with teams to keep everyone informed and involved.
− Support programs like mentoring or on-the-job coaching to help people grow and take on leadership roles.

− Check training results and feedback to make the programs better each year.

Qualification & Key Competencies

Qualifications

− Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business administration, or related field.
− Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in recruitment, learning & development, or HR coordination.
− Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
− Experience using HR systems and digital learning platforms, familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a strong advantage.
− Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English (must be fluency)

Key competencies :

− Talent acquisition expertise: strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation.
− Training & Development: ability to design and deliver impactful training programs aligned with business needs.
− Data-Driven decision making: skilled in analyzing HR metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, training impact) to drive continuous improvement.
− Collaboration & Stakeholder engagement: experienced in working closely with department heads and cross-functional teams.
− Analytical thinking: ability to interpret workforce data to inform planning and decision-making.
− SAP SuccessFactors: prior experience with relevant modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, or Performance & Goals) is highly preferred.
− Communication skills: able to explain ideas clearly and confidently, and work well with people at all levels.
− English requirement: good English (spoken and written) is required, as the role involves regular interviews with candidates.
− Continuous improvement mindset: committed to process optimization, innovation, and delivering exceptional employee experience.

Working conditions : 

• Full-time role based in Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam.
• Requires close coordination with local departments and collaboration with group-level HR functions.
• Occasional travel may be required for training programs, recruitment events, or group HR meetings.

  • Sáng xe đón từ 7:30am và rời nhà máy từ 4:30pm
  • Thời gian làm việc : từ 8:30am đến 4:30pm
  • Cty cung cấp cơm trưa tại Nhà máy
  • Môi trường làm việc cực kỳ hiện đại tiêu chuẩn Châu Âu, thoải mái và thân thiện.
  • Lương gộp từ > 13 tháng tùy theo Grade Level
  • Nhân viên được thưởng Bonus, KPIs, Profit share, hoặc mua cổ phần của Cty
  • Ngày phép năm 14 ngày +++
