Memiontec is a water treatment company with more than 30 years of experience in the field of water and wastewater management services, as well as a presence in Singapore, Indonesia and the PRC. To spearhead our growth initiatives, we’re seeking to hire suitable candidate as our Personnal Assistant for CEO for Memiontec group.
POSITION: PROPOSAL / QS ENGINEER MANAGER
We are looking for a full-time self-managed Proposal/Engineering Manager specialized in Waste Water Treatment for the newly established Memiontec Vietnam, a 100% FDI company. The candidate should be able to undertake the workscope of Project Engineering and Bidding, structuring the accommodative platform and working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing costing and technical/commercial proposal submitted to potential Clients
- Organizing and managing bidding related works including survey, design, technology, cost estimation and bidding
- Advising BOD on issues related to bidding and contract management
- Reviewing design drawings, review design errors (if any), calculating and proposing optimal solutions to meet technical and cost requirements
- Developing schedule, handling shop drawing, scheduling materials & equipment needs, scheduling procurement and delivery to the construction site and mobilizing needed human resource
- Preparing construction proposal and implementing detailed construction drawings
- Building working process, instructing juniors and coordinating with local partners/suppliers to provide speedy & satisfactory results.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Majored in environmental engineering technology/water supply and drainage
- Minimum 12 years in a similar position as Proposal/Project Engineer
- Being capable of presenting seamless Waste Water Treatment Process and training the process to juniors
- Prioritizing candidates with certificates in design and (or) bidding, and (or) supervision, and (or) project management
- Honest, dedicated, sociable, cheerful, hardworking, highly responsible for work
- Being capable of operating, managing, and leading team
- Ready to travel for work
- Can write and speak English is a PLUS
