• To work with all members of the Customer Service Representative team to establish, promote and maintain effective customer service
• To handle customer complaints and ensure a swift response is given within 48 hours with guidance from the Customer Service Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.
• To assist the client by keeping the client informed throughout their time in the clinic and maintaining their comfort e.g. offering tea & coffee, greeting the client on entry to the clinic.
• To ensure that the highest standard of customer service is provided in full accordance with both the company and clinic standard operating policies and procedures (POP)

• Manage and liaise with Admin/Legal Officer in relation to foreign employees’ visas, work permit, MPC and resident cards.
• Assist in preparation of labour contract and staff communication. Maintain up to date labour contract’s expiry date records and employee files.
• Be responsible in employees’ engagement activities, annual health check and flu vaccination.
• Prepare monthly employee payroll computation, processing and submission to bank timely and accurately.
• Checking employees’ timesheet and annual leave
• Follow up and response to payroll related questions.
• Double check medical expenses to insurance company.
• Updated the insurance details according to the changes of the employment every month,
• Adjust the base of Social Insurance according to the new issued government policy.
• Make registration/ endorsement of staff social, health insurance and extension for newcomers.
• Report to Finance department and government authority about monthly manpower cost, HSUI and PIT.
• Manage medical team license and keep contact with relevant authority to ensure the daily activities of the clinic.
• Be responsible for all kinds of training (vaccination, CME, Medical English test) and for maintaining clinical and medical individual licenses.
• Implement other tasks of HR department under assignment of HR Manager HCMC
