Job Responsibilities
This Key Account Manager role is responsible for promoting and marketing of the company’s prospect and existing clients in the assigned territory of Vietnam market specially in B2B Sales.

- Establishes and maintains personal long-term customer relationships with strategically important prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
- Oversees all negotiations with potential large/complex customers and builds, maintains customer relationships to win projects.
- Present new business proposals for major/strategic prospects, negotiate value, and address resistance in order to develop business.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers and drive customer satisfaction
- Accountable for develop commercial planning to growth with assigned accounts by working closely with internal related functions
- Accountable for all contacts with the largest and/or most strategic prospects, establishes and maintains a professional relationship with the purpose of understanding and meeting the customer needs within the bound of contracted scope.
- Develop & align operation process to optimum sales growth to assigned Accounts

Experience requirements
- From 8-10 years experience including at least 4-5 years in construction/ building material, preferable in HVAC with similar roles (Key Account Manager)
- Good in communication and planning
- Strong analytical skill
- Strong interpersonal skill and Negotiation skill
- Good command of English (both speaking and writing)
Education requirements
BA degree in B.A or Marketing
