- People Management – Can lead a small team towards a common vision as part of project delivery.
- At least 2-3 years managing teams of engineers.
- At least 7 years building software in Java / Spring boot / C# / ASP.Net / VB.Net / MVC / API centric. Along with a strong understanding of architecture and data management.
Strong expertise in object oriented, structured, OOP design patterns, Azure and cloud applications.
- Someone who has hands on experience working with SQL, writing queries or general comfort with data.
- Experience building and consuming API’s.
- Desire to grow and improve across the software career set : tools, languages, patterns and architectures.
- Comfortable working with a team. Being accountable as a team. And contributing as an individual.
- Experiencing working in an agile environment. Of course. But won’t got thrown off by some other planning methods too.
- Language experience across one or more : C#, Java, vb.net, Python, JavaScript.
