Mission details ( to be completed ):

  • Support the Board of Director in developing and strengthening the business networks, seeking and taking care of the clients; implementing the projects in Ho Chi Minh City (in priority), Hanoi and other provinces.
  • Have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Support the Board of Director in setting up and managing the operation of office branch of Arep South Asia in Ho Chi Minh.
  • Being a part of the commercial team, the Employer may in cooperation with other commercial members to:
  • all administrative documents for national and international bidding ( ADB, WB, AFD …etc);
  • Prepare the contract with client and AREP Ville;
  • Be able to give inputs in methodology for international projects ;
  • Be fluent in writing letters and administrative letters to Client, partners, related authorities (English and Vietnamese in priority, French would be apreciated to) …;
  • Be part of negotiation price and also administrative fees process;
  • Follow the implementation of the project with project director and payment tracking;
  • In the short or medium term be able to support development in Hanoi is there any opportunities ;
  • Be able to make overseas trip alone  on countries covered by AREP South Asia;
  • able to handle  or participate to AREP South Asia communication ( web site + facebook page)
  • Support the General director and Deputy General Director on any projects and related issues
  • Report the operating situation of HCM office branch and projects in HCM to Ha Noi headquaters and Board of Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualitative objectives ( to be completed ):

  • Organize and structure and strong network in construction , architecture,  urban planning (public and private sector ) and transport
  • Promote and spread AREP‘s Know how
  • Identify and detect opportunities for AREP’s Know how development
  • Ensure prospecting, attract new customers and partners, respond to calls for tender.
  • Build up and implement partnerships, inter-company contracts,.
  • Provide technique, scientific and competitive intelligence.
  • Represent the company at special events and events (congresses, shows …).
  • Define, carry out and coordinate market research. Produce syntheses.
  • Participate to strengthen the commercial pipe of AREP SA

 

–      Produce every semester a report to :

  • – Present the mapping of clients and partners identified 
  • – Analyze from a strategic angle AREP’s capacity based on the local market
  • -list the different meetings made and give feed back/follow up
  • -list of different projects/ contract under negotiation or signed
  • -detecting growth opportunities (being able to identify market needs, to structure them, to Prioritize) and weak signals from the sector (eg unmet expectations).
  • Developments in the sector and the market, with the aim, in particular, of detecting Partnerships, and trends
