Job Description
- According to the company’s business objectives and plans, take the lead in setting up the
- organizational structure, determining the positions, assigning the staff, analyzing the positions
- and describing the positions, clarifying the rights, responsibilities, benefits and qualifications of each position, and making corresponding revisions according to the company’s strategic development and organizational structure adjustment
- Develop short, medium and long-term human resources according to the human needs of the
- company’s operation and development strategy, and rationally allocate human resources of the company。
- Establish and improve the personnel recruitment, employment, attendance, turnover, performance, salary management and other personnel rules and regulations。
- Establish a standardized recruitment system, and carry out the recruitment of various
- departments of the company to promote the matching degree of the recruited personnel and the position。
- Improve the company’s salary and incentive system, formulate promotion policies, organize salary increase review and promotion review, formulate and improve the company’s welfare policies, handle social security benefits, and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees。
- Organize team activities to enhance the spirit of solidarity and mutual help among employees and the cohesion of the company
- Coordinate the conflict and contradiction between different departments。
- Organize company team activities。
- Administrative work, security, cleaning, canteen, vehicles, dormitories, fire and facilities, office supplies, working environment and occupational health, daily maintenance and other management。
- Convey superior’s instructions and assigned tasks timely, complete other tasks assigned bY General manager。
- Company organization setting and adjustment。
- Formulate, write, revise and implement company rules and regulations and job responsibilities。
- Carry out daily recruitment work and achieve tasks。
- Responsible for staff training management, formulation of company training strategy plan and implementation outline。
- Company performance appraisal, reward and punishment system plan, system, implementation。
- Labor management relations, labor contract management
- Administrative outsourcer management。
- Office supplies management。
- Construction of team cultural activities

Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, administration, psychology, Law or other related field
- More than 10 years working experience in HR position; At least 3 years experience in management position
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, including an excellent manner
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Harmoniously working capability
- Good thinking, spoken and written languages
- Excellent level of use of Microsoft Office, with mid-level Excel knowledge
- Good oral & written both Chinese and Vietnamese
