Managing advancement and deployment of specific disciplines and technologies
Actively participating in the engineering process and anticipating future needs
Providing technical coaching and career mentoring for the team
Challenging the team to achieve difficult goals and empowering our team to make decisions
Acquiring, onboarding, and allocating resources

People Management – Can lead a small team towards a common vision as part of project delivery.
At least 2-3 years managing teams of engineers.
At least 7 years building software in Java / Spring boot / C# / ASP.Net / VB.Net / MVC / API centric. Along with a strong understanding of architecture and data management.

Strong expertise in object oriented, structured, OOP design patterns, Azure and cloud applications.

Someone who has hands on experience working with SQL, writing queries or general comfort with data.
Experience building and consuming API’s.
Desire to grow and improve across the software career set : tools, languages, patterns and architectures.
Comfortable working with a team. Being accountable as a team. And contributing as an individual.
Experiencing working in an agile environment. Of course. But won’t got thrown off by some other planning methods too.
Language experience across one or more : C#, Java, vb.net, Python, JavaScript.
