Project Manager for Construction

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGE

Design and Construction Management
Responsible for the technical, financial, time, safety & quality aspects
Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to a level of detail necessary for the site team to deliver the scheme without delays
Project Team management
Provide detailed constructibility reviews of project documents; make recommendations
Manage day-to-day work on projects in construction phases; coordinate and make recommendations regarding status of work
Assist the Client in reviewing contractor requests through formal or informal processes, and provide prompt responses to keep projects on schedule
Review and monitor project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget
Regularly review project schedules, analyze and monitor construction progress to determine impacts to schedule and provide feedback to Technical Director and Executive staff
Enforce the contractor on compliance project schedules
Direct reporting to the Client
Reporting to the Managing Director & Operation Director

Profile Required

Basic education : Civil engineering
Certificate : Project Management certificate grade I
Experienced in industrial project : 100-200k sqm, 15 years of experience of project management in construction field , 5 years in similar position.

Skills :

Strong knowledge Project Management in industrial project
Strong in negotiation &communication skill
Dealing professionally in managing tasks and consistently meeting tight deadlines
Good level in English speaking and writing
All the soft skills to handle the work
