Position : CSR – Frontdesk Dept
Strong understanding of the client service process – to include:
• Greeting the client in a polite, courteous, respectful and professional manner.
• Answering phone inquiries in a polite, courteous, respectful and professional manner.
• Responding to email inquiries according to business communication standards
• Responding to SMS inquiries in a timely and formal format
• Assisting the client in completing all necessary documents
• Assisting the client in making an appointment
• Answering any questions the patient/ client might have
• Providing relevant information to the client while in waiting whenever necessary
• Providing relevant, timely and accurate information to the client when introducing products and services using available platforms.
Computer literacy– to include:
• Admitting new patients to the system
• Allocating appointments in the Clinic Management System
• Word processing, spread sheet and presentation skills
General administrative skills– to include:
• Assisting with filing & photocopying
• Processing invoices
• Receive and sign official mailings at front desk
Yêu cầu công việc
• To work with all members of the Customer Service Representative team to establish, promote and maintain effective customer service
• To handle customer complaints and ensure a swift response is given within 48 hours with guidance from the Customer Service Manager or Customer Service Supervisor.
• To assist the client by keeping the client informed throughout their time in the clinic and maintaining their comfort e.g. offering tea & coffee, greeting the client on entry to the clinic.
• To ensure that the highest standard of customer service is provided in full accordance with both the company and clinic standard operating policies and procedures (POP)
