The Role

The role of business development leader is a hands-on role which requires interpersonal skills and the ability to generate leads and project wins for our Ho Chi Minh City office.

The main role of business development will focus on local work within the country of Vietnam. Business connects outside of the local Vietnamese market are also beneficial to the long-term growth of our office.

The local BD leader will be required to identify market conditions and potential leads for our work in the Vietnamese market.

As market conditions are beginning to indicate a shift to industrial projects in Vietnam, TT will be focusing on the growth of this market in the SE Asia region.

• Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the current market conditions and identify trends in the construction industry.
  • Provide leads to new projects through developed relationships with owners, Architects and Contractors.
  • Work with TT senior leadership and our International BD leaders to develop a strategic BD plan in the local market.
  • TT’s growth strategy is currently gearing up for the increase in expected manufacturing within Vietnam and SE Asia. The appropriate candidate is required to help grow this market.

  Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the business development sector of the construction industry.
  • A client base of top tier local Architects, Developers and Contractors.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business management or engineering.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese with good verbal and written communication skills.
